About Me
KILEY GARDINERKIL
Hello! I'm Kiley Gardiner (and yes, Gardiner really is my last name!), a Boise, Idaho native who recently traded the mountains for the beautiful beaches of Fernandina Beach, Florida.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Idaho and have spent the past 20 years designing outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work on projects of all sizes—from intimate backyard retreats to the extensive redesign of the Idaho Botanical Gardens.
Creating landscapes that reflect each client's vision is what I love most. I believe great design isn't just about plants—it's about creating outdoor spaces where people gather, relax, and make lasting memories.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me spending time with my family. My husband and I have been married for 16 years, and we're raising two wonderful children alongside our four very spoiled dogs. I love being outdoors, staying active, and embracing new adventures—qualities that inspire both my life and my work.

What to expect.
Whether we're meeting virtually to discuss your Idaho property, scheduling an on-site visit during one of my trips back to Idaho (I return every two months for client meetings), or connecting in person throughout the greater Fernandina Beach, Florida area, I'm here to make the design process seamless from start to finish.

Our journey begins with an initial consultation where we'll discuss your vision, lifestyle, and goals for your outdoor space. I'll take the time to understand your ideas, needs, and wish list so we can create a landscape that truly reflects you.

Following our consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining my design services. From there, I'll coordinate site measurements, photography, and any additional information needed to begin the design process.

Design is a collaborative experience. We'll refine your landscape plan together, making revisions along the way until you're completely happy with the final design. Once your plans are complete, I'll help connect you with qualified contractors who can bring your vision to life, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to construction.
